I was extremely disappointed with my stay. The service was abysmal. I was treated poorly upon check-in, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping me. When I requested a simple accommodation, it took forever, and I felt completely ignored. I've encountered far better service at budget hotels. This experience soured my entire trip.

Had an amazing 5-night stay! The staff were incredibly helpful, especially at the concierge. The Grand Deluxe Family Twin Room was spacious and beautifully designed, with an impressive bathroom. Don't miss exploring the nearby Myeongdong night market for delicious street food! Pro tip, use the airport bus for easy transfers with luggage.
